Oncology families celebrate Halloween with fun and togetherness

Over the weekend, families from The Chartwell Children’s Cancer Trust local Childhood Cancer Support groups gathered for a festive Halloween celebration filled with magic, dancing, and happy times at the Holiday Inn, Bexley Heath. Children donned their spookiest costumes, creating a wonderful atmosphere that brought smiles to everyone.

Meanwhile, at McDonald’s in West Wickham, oncology families enjoyed a private area where children played freely and the parents connected over shared experiences. The day was filled with laughter, tasty Happy Meals, and ghoulish goodie bags, ensuring that everyone had a memorable time.

These gatherings provide a much-needed opportunity for oncology families to come together and create happy memories amidst the challenges they face.  Everyone was in high spirits, making this Halloween an occasion to remember.
