Charity roadshow at Miller Insurance Services LLP showcases the work of The Chartwell Children’s Cancer Trust
Chartwell’s Natalie and Jo were delighted to attend a charity roadshow at Miller Insurance Services LLP on 10th February, where they had the opportunity to share more about the vital work of The Chartwell Children’s Cancer Trust during staff lunchtime.
Throughout the lunch break, employees popped into the Miller Town Hall space to visit their stall. The event created a wonderful opportunity to raise awareness, answer questions, and connect directly with the Miller team.
The Charity is incredibly proud to be one of Miller Insurance’s chosen charities for a second year Since the partnership began, Miller has raised an amazing £4,000. Even more excitingly, they have committed to supporting The Chartwell Children’s Cancer Trust for a further two years.
A highlight of the day was a live demonstration of the AV1 robot which sparked huge interest, with many staff members keen to see how this innovative technology helps children undergoing cancer treatment stay connected to their classmates and education while away from school.
This partnership came about thanks to Sinead Grinham from Miller Insurance, who nominated the charity having met Sinead through the Selsdon Little League, which the charity sponsors.

Their ongoing commitment will help us continue delivering vital support services, funding innovative technology like the AV1 robots, and stand alongside families facing childhood cancer.
