IMPORTANT NOTICE
We are aware of rumours that the Chartwell In-Patients ward, in the PRUH will be closing.
We can confirm that we are working closely with the King’s College team and that, following an internal review of the in-patient care provided in the Chartwell Unit, the King’s College team are developing proposals for some changes in the services currently being provided. We will be considering with them what changes can be made to enhance and improve the services. No decisions have been made at this stage, and all proposals will be shared with us and other stakeholders. Any decisions will only be for the benefit of the patients and medical team. If you wish to share your views, please email info@chartwellcancertrust.co.uk.

WHO WE ARE
The Chartwell Cancer Trust is a vitally important local charity – with an increasingly regional reach.
OUR CHARITY SHOPS
A huge part of the fundraising we do is through our charity shops which rely on the generosity of local residents and supporters. These shops are lively hubs on high streets across South London and Kent, where people can connect and share while they pick up treasures and bargains.
All proceeds help us reach our fundraising targets allowing us to provide direct support for oncology patients and families, as well as much needed enhancements to NHS facilities and equipment.
Jo Castle, Mojo Cancer Recovery Coach helps to support others to heal, navigate side effects and to risk of cancer recurrence through personalised lifestyle changes. Jo is offering an exclusive discount on her services to ‘Chartwell’ supporters and readers.
