Huge thanks to Danny Plumb, store manager at Jones Bootmaker, Bluewater, for nominating The Chartwell Children’s Cancer Trust to receive a £1000 grant for our ‘Sophie’s Wish’ Lodge on the Isle of Wight.

Last week, Sophie’s mum Karen and Chartwell’s Natalie had the pleasure of meeting Danny to collect this generous donation. The lodge, funded by The Chartwell Children’s Cancer Trust, offers oncology families a much-needed retreat, a special place to escape, where you can spend precious family time and create lasting memories.

Sophie’s legacy shines through the joy and respite the lodge brings to those facing unimaginable challenges.
