HOUSE CLEARANCE AND COLLECTIONS
Professional, sympathetic and reliable services if you are downsizing, decluttering, moving away or dealing with bereavement. Collections are FREE for all items to be resold or recycled ensuring waste
is kept to a minimum. We can safely dispose of unwanted items for a small fee.
HOW IT WORKS
Contact our collections team either by phone, email or thorough our online booking service.
Our charity representative will contact you to assess your needs and arrange a visit to your property if required. A collection will be booked at a time convenient for you.
WASTE DISPOSAL SERVICE
We work with a trusted third-party partner to safely dispose of items that our shops cannot accept. This service is available for a, competitive fee, and a donation is made to the charity from every clearance. Items that are too large or do not meet our shop guidelines are safely recycled wherever possible, while broken or hazardous items are responsibly disposed of in line with environmental standards.
WHAT HAPPENS TO YOUR DONATIONS?
A huge part of our fundraising is through our charity shops. The proceeds from your donations helps us to improve facilities, fund clinical research and capital projects, enhance staff levels, as well as to deliver a range of support to young oncology patients and their families in our local communities. Every penny we raise is used where it is needed most.

Damaged or Poor Condition Items
(Stained, ripped or broken furniture, homeware or toys, chipped or broken crockery, bric-a-brac
or jewellery, used writing or drawing books, duvets, pillows, underwear & used socks)
Non-Working or Unsafe Electricals
(TVs, lamps, printers, shredders, hoovers, that do not work or are too old, house appliances)
Garden & Outdoor Items
(Old, broken or rusty garden furniture and tools, lawn mowers, hedge trimmers or other powered
tools, swings or large outdoor toys)
Hazardous or Restricted Items
