CCT Trustee, Bobby Beech, reports on another successful Gala evening on Friday 3rd May at Oakley House in aid of The Chartwell Cancer Trust.

Bobby said: “Another fantastic night was enjoyed by over 200 guests at our ‘Black Tie and Diamonds’ Gala evening in May. Everyone stepped out in great style and bling in abundance!

“After the welcome reception drinks, we were served a most appetising and beautifully presented meal, followed by a surprise performance from three amazing dancers from ‘The Studio’ in Chislehurst!

“Once again, the enchanting, charismatic and incredibly talented Nick Stein entertained his audience with his magical trickery and hustling whilst raising great additional funds for The CCT.

“Our wonderful DJ kept the party swinging throughout the night and the dance floor was still full until gone midnight.

“We are overjoyed to have raised over £9,000! So would say, all in all, the night was a huge success.

“Thank you to Nick Stein for entertaining our guests so enthusiastically, Lisa Gordon from Biggin Hill Florists for the stunning table decorations and to Trevor McDonald aka DJ Miles for keeping the dance floor busy!. Also, to the Chartwell Team for their hard work and dedication as always.

“Here’s to the next one, ‘The Great Gatsby Gala’ on Saturday 30th November.”
